Quitting Gymnastics :(

Lacy decided she wants to quit gymnastics because she doesn't like it anymore. Since it is pretty expensive for both the girls to be in it, and we don't have much of an income right now with the economy in the crapper, so it was kind of a no-brainer. But she wants to be involved in something (ballet is her preference, but it's too expensive) , so I took a look at the City of Olympia Parks, Art and Recreation Fall schedule and found a music and movement class. The best part? It costs about 1/3 the cost of gymnastics! Unfortunately it's only available through October, so we'll have to find something else after that. I'm thinking of the Kindergym program for November and December, and maybe into next year if we like it enough! It is 3 days a week and still half the cost of gymnastics (which is one day a week) so it's a bargain! Plus on Fridays you can bring your bike!
