Note to self...

When making a graham cracker crust, and it calls for 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs or "about 18 graham crackers," measure it first. One graham cracker, apparently, is 1/4 of the wafer, not the whole thing unbroken.

My crust recipe calls for 11 crackers I think--that's 11 whole crackers. Weird that it would be so far different from yours...
Divide it into portions of 1 pie size and put it in a ziplock in the freezer...quick and easy for next time. :)
