Take one shower cap
And a mini muffin tin
Add butterscotch chips
And you have Costco.
My sweet Rose was playing Costco this evening with just that recipe. The mini muffin tin was essential, since I don't actually own any little disposable cups. It made a suitable substitute.
It all started with my parents bringing home a shower cap from a hotel. It blossomed to Costco.
